STS Construction is a Sioux Falls based family-run roofing company. We specialize in asphalt shingles, but also do residential snow removal and siding. We are licensed, bonded, and insured in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in providing the best quality work possible at an affordable price. We are able to keep prices down by having a small crew of trust-worthy guys and offering customers a wide variety of product choices. We work quickly and efficiently in order to get the job done right but in a timely manner. We try to limit the inconveniences to our customers by getting most roofs done in 1-2 days. With the company only consisting of 4 guys, our customers can be assured that the same guys who come to measure the roof and help pick out the color will be the same ones doing the actual shingling. Each customer gets a free itemized bid so they can see exactly where their money is going. There are no hidden costs or surprise bills. We are around to take last-minute house calls for a surprise leak or just some advice on your shingles. We enjoy working with residential customers on their personal homes and also with local builders. We have done roofs for Trademark Homes and Deffenbaugh Homes. A few of the roofs on the Parade of Homes were done by us, including the feature home in 2011. About the crew:

The company consists of 4 guys who are all from the Sioux Falls area. We are a team of father, son, and two close friends. Each guy helps by contributing his own background and skills to the company. Their histories vary from roofing, building pole barns, and general construction. Although STS Construction as a company is new, we have been roofing for over 30 years combined for other Sioux Falls companies. Because we are all local guys, we take pride in our work around our hometown.

We work with the best vendors who provide us with a variety of products at different price points. This allows us the ability to offer our customers options to fit their budget. We will bring numerous color sample boards to the customer's house so they can decide on what they like best. They do not have to take time out of their day to go to a showroom across town and pick out a color that they hope will look good on their house. We have worked with shingles of every type, from the typical 30 year shingle all the way up to custom lifetime shingles.
